WARRANTY

All customers are entitled to free product assistance and technical support for the lifetime of their purchases from Coinopgroup. Please take note that we do not offer service or parts for items that are not directly purchased from us.

One-year Warranty on Machines

Coinopgroup provides a 1-year warranty on all coin-operated machines, which covers via-phone diagnosis and repair, spare parts, and in-house labour if need be.

Two-year Warranty on Parts

Coinopgroup offers an extended 2-year warranty on machine parts, including computer boards and motors.

For any warranty to be performed, defective machines and machine parts need to be sent or brought back to our headquarters at the customer’s expense. We cover all warranty work costs, including parts and labour, in case the service is done at our location.

On-site repair work at the customer’s location may also be performed, granting that the customer covers all travel costs.

Once all warranty service is finished, the customer is responsible for the setup of the machine and the reinstallation of parts. Coinopgroup cannot be accountable for any damage caused by improper usage or installation.
